The Economic Research & Policy Bureau (ERPB) conducts economic and statistical research on workers’ compensation issues and analyzes workplace injury, illness, and other relevant data. The bureau provides data and analytical support to WCA bureaus, the New Mexico Legislature, the Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Disease Disablement, and other stakeholders.

ERPB also develops key reports and resources, including the Director’s Annual Report, Health Care Providers’ Fee Schedule, annual Hospital Ratios for New Mexico hospitals, and the Quarterly Scorecard for Large Carriers and Self-Insured Companies.
