CaseX Electronic Case Filing

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration is launching CaseX, the WCA’s new electronic case filing and case management system. CaseX is designed to improve how cases are filed, tracked and managed, and to provide users with a more modern and consistent filing experience.

Attorneys, adjusters, and other system users should review the available training materials before using CaseX. These resources provide an overview of the system, account setup, filing steps, and where to go for help.

Resources

Users who had an existing ECF account in our old system should log in using their existing username and follow the password reset process. CaseX will send a verification code to the email address associated with your account. Use that code to reset your password and complete your login.

You do not need to create a new account unless you did not previously have an ECF account.

If you filed something in the current ECF system on Friday morning before the system shutdown and do not see it in CaseX after launch, please contact the Clerk’s Office for assistance.
