Introducing the New WCA Case Filing System

We’re excited to announce that the Workers’ Compensation Administration will launch a new case filing system on November 3, 2025.
This system is designed to improve your filing experience and streamline case management. Here’s what you can expect:

• Fewer emails – filings will flow more smoothly without extra back-and-forth
• User-driven registration – simple and accessible account setup
• Smart Forms – capturing information electronically to reduce errors and missing data
• Data validations – ensuring filings are complete and accurate the first time
• Help text & guidance – making the process user-friendly and efficient

Training Sessions Details

To help you get ready, we are offering training sessions between October 20 – November 7, 2025.
Two sessions will be held daily: 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 1:00–2:00 p.m.
Each session is limited to 20 participants.
