Public comment sought on Workers’ Comp judge reappointment

ALBUQUERQUE The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration (WCA) is seeking public input on Judge Douglas C. Christopherson’s potential reappointment to a new five-year term, with his current term expiring on November 12.

The WCA invites members of the public to submit written comments regarding Judge Christopherson’s performance. Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on August 11.

“All voices matter when it comes to shaping the future of our agency and ensuring the fair administration of workers’ compensation law,” said WCA Director Heather Jordan. “We welcome feedback from the public to help us evaluate judicial performance and strengthen trust in the system.”

All submissions will remain confidential as required by law. Comments may be submitted by:
